Cruikshank Realty has two divisions, Residential and Farm and Ranch. Sharon Cruikshank carries a Colorado Realtor license and heads up the residential side of the business while Gene Cruikshank heads up the farm and ranch division and holds licenses for Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Our company has a client and customer base located throughout the United States and becomes very active in counseling with each client to determine their specific objectives. Our goal is to assist our clients and customers in reaching their investment real estate goals. Our services not only include normal private treaty marketing, but we also specialize in Land Auctions.
