Absolute Land Auction Soon: Over 1000 Acres in Texas County OK
Come to the Absolute Land Auction March 24, 2023, and bid on agricultural land in the Oklahoma Panhandle. The 1080+/- Acre section includes separate tracts with irrigated circles. Dryland and grass fill in the rest. This real estate auction includes three individual tracts sold by Low Colorado Farms Partnership, LLLP. Tracts will not be combined.

Land Tracts for Sale in Texas County OK
Tracts OK4, OK5, and OK6 will be offered on the same day in the same location. Taxes run low on these agricultural parcels.
- Tract OK4 includes 328.5 acres at the land auction. 244 acres of irrigated land and 87.18+/- of dryland.
- Tract OK5 includes 592.88 acres at the auction; 323.66 acres irrigated, 207.27 acres dryland.
- Tract OK6 adds 160 acres to the auction. 107.57 irrigated acres and 34.14+ dryland acres.
Water and Irrigation Resources
All irrigation sprinklers, with the exception of the motors, will be transferred with the sale of the property.
- Tract OK4 features three irrigation wells tenant-rated to be pumping a total 575 GPM. The tract also features an 8-tower Zimmatic a 7-tower Zimmatic.
- Tract OK 5 comes with five irrigation wells and a 16-tower Valley sprinkler with two extra sections–tenant rated to be pumping 1000 GPM.
- Tract OK6 comes with two irrigation wells tenant-rated to be pumping a total of 550 GPM. A 7-tower Valley sprinkler comes with this tract.

Texas County, Oklahoma, lies in the Hugoton-Panhandle natural gas field.

Transportation arteries through Texas County include US Highways 54, 56, 64, and 412. State Highways 3, 94, 95, and 136 provide easy access. There’s also municipal airport and Guymon, Oklahoma.
